New conditions imposed by the Cook Government mean that Cockburn Cement must:

• Suspend operations every weekend in April from 12pm Saturday to 8pm Sunday.
• Install and trial thermal oxidisers by the end of 2026.
• Reapply for their licence in 1 year, rather than in the 5 years they requested.
